Active Sports Group are delighted to announce a new addition to Team Active.

The new Move 'N' Smooth bicycle. Our smoothie bike is a stationary bike that is equipped with a blender, allowing children to pedal their way to a delicious and nutritious smoothie.

Not only is it a great way to get children excited about healthy eating, but it also promotes physical activity and reduces carbon emissions by using pedal power instead of electricity.

Team Active provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, as well as set up and facilitate the activity. We can even customise the smoothie recipes to fit your school's specific needs and preferences.

Our aim is to introduce a fun and positive relationship with healthy eating.

The smoothie bike is going to be at lots of camps and events throughout the summer.
