After school club

Our After School Club provides a safe and engaging space where children can unwind, get active, and enjoy time with friends after the school day ends. Each session is designed to support wellbeing, creativity, and fun.

Sports and team games
Creative activities and crafts
Board games and free play
Chill-out zones for quiet time
Healthy snacks provided
Qualified, DBS-checked staff
Flexible collection times (typically until 6pm)

BREAKFAST CLUB

Start the day the right way with a calm, energising morning routine. Our Breakfast Club helps children ease into the school day with healthy food, light activities, and a friendly atmosphere.

TRUSTED OFSTED-REGISTERED CHILDCARE

Our Ofsted-registered childcare provides a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children before and after school, as well as during the holidays. With trained staff, engaging activities, and strong partnerships with schools, parents can trust us to deliver high-quality care that fits around busy family schedules.

HOLIDAY CAMPS WITH XT CLUB

XT Club also runs Camps in the holidays. This enables the children to take part in fun activities, get messy with arts and crafts or chill out in our quiet zone. Our Holiday Clubs give children the opportunity to make seasonal decorations and take part in activites based on the time of year.

EGHAM CELEBRATES 2 YEARS OF XT

We are immensely proud of our Egham franchise running their XT Club for 2 years now with Manocraft primary schools. This has enabled parents to have the ability to put their children in a safe environment before and after school while fitting in alongisde their work commitments.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, XT Club is Ofsted-registered and we accept childcare vouchers as well as Tax-Free Childcare payments. If you have any questions about using a specific provider, feel free to get in touch with us.

What age group is XT Club suitable for?

XT Club is designed for children aged 4 to 11 years. We group children appropriately by age to ensure activities are safe, fun, and age-relevant.

What should my child bring?

Children should bring a water bottle, a packed lunch (nut-free), and snacks for the day. We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, and a coat or sun protection depending on the weather.

What activities do you offer?

Our programme includes a wide range of fun and engaging activities—from sports and games to arts and crafts, team challenges, themed events, and more. Every day is designed to keep children active, creative, and happy!

What happens if my child has additional needs?

We are an inclusive provider and aim to support all children in our care. If your child has additional needs, please contact us in advance so we can discuss how best to support them and make sure they have a safe, positive experience.
